Coastal Retreat: 2 Bed Apartment

A bit disappointing but i guess you get what you pay for ! Positive: The location was good Negative: parking near the property was a little hit and miss , floors in the flat all creaked , the building appearance and entrance to the flat was run down. musty smell to the building

Positive: Good Location and a good price Negative: Carpets were stained but not dirty

Positive: Near seafront Negative: To many stairs

Disappointed Positive: Sea view Negative: Strong smell of mould No toilet paper and soap Dirty/ stained carpets Top floor with very steep stairs - wasn't informed about

Positive: Nothing very bad experience overall Negative: Broken front lock key gets stuck bedroom door handle broken comes off Livingroom window broken handle Coffee table legs not screwed on so if move table it collapsed Crack on mirror in back bedroom its only mirror in property Toilet brush has grim on it plugs in sink and bath get stuck cant lift up to get rid of waste water Hand towel dirty Kitchen Sink has marks Fridge broken milk shelves werid smell like stale water All cutlery dirty and utensils Cup with chip in it Livingroom hard chairs no cushions Need i go on and also dont leave the sink tap in bathroom on too long old fashion immersion boiler in bathroom cupboard leaks and pours out all over the bathroom floor and in cupboard Don't have a bath took 45mins for half bath filled due to very very low hot water pressure. Same with all taps low pressure for hot water Absolutely dangerous disgusting and not safe for children also quite hours are 10pm.till . 6am so be quite not good if have kods and bad late good job my kids not loud altho I have an additional need child with me Got more pics cant upload all them.but will once home
