Stolen deposit monies - use these people at your peril Positive: Location Negative: No cutlery, which we had to ask for, Smoke detectors missing from Bedrooms, Sharp pieces of minin trunking sticking out from wall, blank missing from kitchen sink (sharp), han rail missing from stairs and holes where fixings used to be, toilet flush button missing from en suite and damage deposit never refunded after satisfactory check out. Monies Stolen

Positive: . Negative: Le lenzuola ,le federe,le coperte delle stanze sporchi.Anche il divano pieno di polvere ed i bagni sporchi. Tutto documentabile con foto.Ho fatto presente il fatto alla responsabile della struttura che telefonicamente mi aveva assicurato che la biancheria in giornata sarebbe stata sostituita. Ma purtroppo al nostro rientro in serata presso l'appartamento abbiamo notato che non era stato fatto nulla. Si è creata una situazione molto complicata ed ho dovuto provvedere in proprio al cambio della biancheria.
