I DIDNT STAY AT THIS ACCOMMODATION
Positive: The entire house was disgusting throughout. The worst house I have ever been in.
Negative: The grill pan was full of stale fat. The bedding was stained and grey. You couldn't see out of the windows. The carpet was stained in multiple places. You literally couldn't take your shoes off. Disgusting property.

Negative: Fleas!!! In sofa stains on sofa amd carpet
Tripped on door way carpet kit pinned down injured myself and the hair and bdc ignored me slept in my car!

Negative: Carpet was very dirty. A duvet cover had some food stain on it.
I informed the (the agent) and was told that the cleaner will be contacted and that was it. There was no remediation that took place

The smell made me sick .
Very disappointed as it was a family matter why I had to stay in Ramsgate. To find this after a six hour drive had me in tears
