Great Positive: Clean and comfortable Everything you need under 1 roof Negative: Front door to building allows a hell of a draft in to flat b hallway blows into the flat through the gaps around the door

Positive: Overall a nice flat to stay in Negative: The duvet cover had hardened stains on it, which was unpleasant and unhygienic. This is completely unacceptable for guest accommodation and should have been addressed before check-in.

Positive: Location Negative: The bed cover had food on it, the TV did t work for the first night, the front door is so insecure and unsafe that someone random walked into the property while I was staying there.. the towel provided was wet and smelt used.

Positive: The ensuite and kitchen facilities Negative: TV did not work. It smelt of smoke in the room. I asked for help sorting the TV and no response. Unable to contact about things

Not a happy chappie Positive: I liked that the place we stayed was very central. Negative: First of all I didn't like that the door to the flat had previously been put in therfore it was very slack I couldn't sleep in the place unless I put something against the door at night.not very clean even outside the flat there was a mattress outside the living room window. There's a tv in the living room but no airiel or firestick. No toilet roll. No sharp knife. The windows were filthy. Not ideal. Not happy.
