Not a nice stay at all. Positive: Close to town if looking to explore Ramsgate Negative: Unhelpful owners. Couldn’t get into property as no key in safe box. Mobile number provided to contact the owner did not work. When reached by main number, the owner was not particularly helpful. Maintenance was apparently in the flat to fix broken items and not aware of new visitors. No return call to myself as requested to notify when the property issue was sorted, unable to provide information as requested as no idea of the surrounding area I was staying in. Found phone manner rude. The flat was dirty, tired and smelt of smoke. Mouldy showers and not welcoming at all, but functional if that is all you need. Really disappointed in my stay despite a handy location. Ruined what should have been a relaxing and nice birthday weekend. Would not recommend in its current state.

The Apartment from HELL!!! These cowboys have several apartments on booking.com... AVOID!!! Positive: Leaving early to go and stay in alternative accommodation. Negative: EVERYTHING!! Dirty, accommodation, broken beds, sub standard bedding, broken toaster, TV not working, dirty shower! Water in main bathroom way too hot which was scolding hot, broken glass in hallway (one of my friends cut themselves by stepping on said glass in hallway)

Misleading listing – nothing like the photos or description Positive: Nothing! Negative: I would not recommend this property at all. My stay at the seaside apartment in Ramsgate was extremely disappointing and completely ruined my weekend. The apartment was poorly maintained and not clean. The beds were unusable one was broken, and the others had dipped mattresses with dirty, unwashed bedding (there was even hair in the sheets). The host later admitted this and said someone would change them, but no one ever came. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the shower in the main bathroom was unusable, and the toilet bowl was filthy on arrival. The heater in the second bedroom was broken, and the kitchen plinth under the cooker was missing, leaving the area looking unfinished and unhygienic. I paid full price but couldn’t use the apartment as advertised I had to sleep on the sofa all weekend. Despite sending photos and repeatedly contacting the host, they failed to fix anything or offer any apology or compensation. I was even asked afterwards to leave a “10/10” review, which felt completely inappropriate considering how poor the experience was. Overall, this property was misrepresented, unclean, and unfit for purpose. I would strongly advise Booking.com to review this listing to prevent other guests from going through the same experience

This apartment could be a real gem but it needs some work doing to get it up to scratch its a large apartment but I feel Positive: In a good location large living area Negative: Shower over bath in main bathroom no way of changing the temperature as it was broken so the shower was red hot , Shower in ensuite bathroom kept going hot and cold and the water throughout the flat kept cutting off every few seconds or so , the hob will only really cook with one pan at a time as its very under powered, remote control for tv struggled to work unless up really close to tv
