Beautiful 3 bedroom Apartment

Positive: The location to the town. Negative: This accommodation is located 3rd floor of a combined social housing and private. We were met with unhygienic smell to the reception/ lift area. At the door of the apartment we surprised to find the cleaner still in the property, cleaning after the check in time of 3. Once inside, whilst cleaner still working, we took the time to look around the apartment, to find lots of issues with the accommodation that were not satisfactory. Such as, balcony full of pigeon poo and mess. Main ensuite bedroom, stains on the bed sheets. So much so, we slept in another room, ontop of the bed duvet. All bedding was crinkled needing ironing. Stains on carpet throughout, marks on walls. Wine glasses still had marks on them. . We felt it was an unclean environment, and would not return, due to the issues above. Property needs a lot of care and detail attention. It felt like it was very unkept apartment.

Poorly managed, cleanliness was below par. Would not recommend staying; much better stays elsewhere. Positive: Nice looking modern flat on the face of it. Negative: 1. All of the balcony doors were really dirty with weeds growing over the base. The railings were widely spaced which was a safety issue for my dog. This meant ventilation was a problem as there were no windows. 2. The beds had not been made with fresh linen. There was hair and a plaster in one of the double beds. 3. The cleanliness of the kitchen including the cooker and sink was totally unacceptable. 4. No WiFi password and no instructions on how to use the TV. 5. The shower valve did not work. Poor overall, do not recommend.

Positive: The location is amazing. The apartment was very spacious and modern Negative: I found a chip under the TV cabinet. Also the showers kept cutting out whilst showering and the blinds in the bedrooms need to be changed as you cannot open the doors because the blinds are infront of them.

Nice place to stay but need some improvements Positive: Very quite and easy to access Negative: The door handles were broken
